Bang 21x Vibrating Butt Plug

I received this today, the clerk opened it and checked (wearing gloves) and it opens and closes fine. I charged it at home and turned it on, but it wouldn’t turn off. Normally, you hold the button down for 5 seconds. I’ve held it for 20+ and the light is still on. It doesn’t have any vibrations, just light. I had nothing to work with except the lights. The remote has a center on/off button, 2 pattern buttons (wavy lines), and plus and minus buttons. I pressed and released the remote control button and held it for 20 seconds but nothing happened. I haven’t used it yet, just trying to get used to it. Has anyone used this? Can you give simple guidance?
