Pennsylvania Cooperative Professionals Alliance. Also, Arlene is
Cooperative communication expert, mediator, certified identification counselor,
Certified Relationship Life Therapy Candidates, EMDR Practitioners and Approved
Supervisor candidate for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
