Cherie DeVille’s 2020 presidential campaign is featured in the new issue

A new BuzzFeed article, “18 Presidential Candidates That Will Make You Wonder,” once again focuses on Cherie DeVille’s infamous 2020 presidential campaign.

The adult film superstar, who is running for the 2017 White House alongside vice presidential candidate Coolio, is highlighted along with 17 other interesting and unconventional people who have run for president over the years, such as Ye (born Kanye West), Vermin Supreme, Dead Kennedys’ Jello Biafra and Roseanne Barr.

“It definitely made me laugh!” Deville said of author Aaron Ant’s lighthearted essay. “Running for president was a crazy idea, but it came from a real desire to make a difference and solve important problems. Even though I didn’t make it to the White House, I’m proud of the conversations my campaign sparked and the impact it had on my journey.”
