My suction toy isn’t working

I bought a suction toy “duck” today and it worked for about 1 minute then started making a little noise and then it wouldn’t suck anymore, I’m not sure if I did something wrong or something happened, I’d also like to Explain it to people who bought it from the store but they didn’t get it and they think I don’t know how to use it but that’s not the case, Idk, help can I fix it myself?
