Safety issues related to batteries

I recently bought an anal vibrator on Amazon. But when I received it, there were some warning labels on the box saying it contained lithium-ion batteries. Naturally I thought of all the videos from the 2010s of people’s phones exploding, should I be worried about that? Are these batteries normal?
